Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Work Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar and schedule meetings
- Handle emails and correspondence
- Organize documents and maintain records
- Assist with research and data entry
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
- Support with basic reporting and task tracking
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal or Administrative Assistant preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
