Job Description
You’ll take ownership of social media community engagement for multiple high-end hospitality brands, helping drive organic growth through strategic interactions and authentic community building. This role offers the opportunity to work with prestigious clients in the hospitality industry while being part of an agency’s exciting expansion phase. You’ll collaborate directly with the agency owner to execute social media strategies that deliver real business results for luxury hospitality brands.
Schedule: 20 hours per week with potential to scale as agency expands; Mon - Fri 9am - 1pm , morning hours preferred for Pacific Time collaboration

Responsibilities
- Manage community engagement across multiple hospitality brand social media accounts
- Respond to comments and direct messages maintaining each brand’s unique voice
- Proactively engage with influencers and complementary businesses through strategic commenting
- Create and schedule Instagram stories using provided brand assets
- Develop Instagram story content calendars for client approval
- Execute organic growth strategies through authentic community interactions
- Work within the agency’s Notion dashboard for seamless project management
- Collaborate during Pacific Time morning hours for real-time coordination
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills for professional, on-brand engagement
- Familiarity with Instagram and major social media platforms
- Ability to work independently while following detailed brand guidelines
- Reliable internet connection and comfortable working Pacific Time mornings
- Light marketing experience preferred but not required - trainable attitude is key
- Bonus if you have experience with hospitality or luxury brands
- It helps if you’re comfortable using business management tools and multiple platform logins
