B2B Sales and Lead Generation Specialist (Australian Market)

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced B2B Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to support our growth in the Australian market. This is a senior role for a candidate with strong hands-on cold calling experience, confident engagement skills, and the ability to operate independently in a sensitive and competitive market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, booking appointments, and ensuring the quality of outreach aligns with the company’s high standards.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 to 2:30pm Perth Time (35 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured B2B cold calling campaigns targeting Australian SMBs and decision-makers
  • Confidently navigate gatekeepers and manage call flow from introduction to booking appointments
  • Articulate complex technical/digital products clearly and compellingly without relying solely on a script
  • Create interest within the first 20–30 seconds of the call and maintain engagement throughout
  • Book high-quality appointments that lead to measurable outcomes, not just introduce services
  • Handle objections professionally and persuasively to maximise conversion
  • Manage complete sales pipeline using GoHighLevel CRM or equivalent, maintaining detailed and accurate records
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Drive persistent follow-up campaigns while adapting approach based on market feedback and performance data
  • Close deals and negotiate contracts for AI services ranging from $120-$200+ AUD monthly
  • Achieve monthly targets of approximately 6 closed deals while building long-term client relationships
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations from day one

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Strong structured B2B cold calling experience (minimum 5+ years, hands-on)
  • Proven ability to control calls and engage gatekeepers effectively
  • Clear, concise, and compelling product articulation
  • Experience in the Australian market highly preferred
  • Native-level or near-native English fluency with a neutral accent
  • Ability to explain technical or digital products confidently without reading from a script
  • Demonstrated success in booking appointments and achieving measurable KPIs
  • Strong objection handling skills and resilience under performance expectations
  • Able to work independently and maintain the quality of outreach in a sensitive market
  • Familiarity with CRMs and lead generation tools
  • Experience in technology or SaaS sales environment
  • Results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding targets

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
