Job Summary
The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients, presenting company products or services, and nurturing leads through effective communication and relationship-building. This role combines sales strategy, customer insight, and persuasive outreach to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm CST with 1 hour unpaid break

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach activities to potential customers.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate company products or services to prospective clients.
- Identify potential customer needs and tailor sales conversations accordingly.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Provide feedback on customer trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product features, pricing, and competitive advantages.

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
