Job Description:

You’ll be the backbone of both creative and operational excellence, splitting your time equally between dynamic social media management and essential administrative support. This role offers the perfect blend of creative expression and business acumen, allowing you to directly impact a growing media company while working closely with the founder and leadership team. You’ll have the autonomy to manage key digital touchpoints while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm UK timezone (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging social media posts using advanced design tools like Figma
  • Schedule and manage social media content across multiple platforms using online scheduling tools
  • Upload and manage fresh content on the company website
  • Coordinate and distribute newsletters to growing subscriber base
  • Arrange comprehensive travel logistics for team members
  • Conduct targeted data research projects to support business decisions
  • Provide direct administrative support to company leadership
  • Maintain organized workflows between creative and operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Figma for social media design and content creation
  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms and content management
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks
  • Excellent written communication skills for newsletter and content work
