Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Create and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Design engaging graphics and visual content using Canva for social posts and advertisements
- Build and implement organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness
- Create compelling content that resonates with teachers and education professionals
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for improved ROI and engagement
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on social media marketing experience (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Proficiency with Meta Ad Manager (Facebook/Instagram advertising platform)
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva
- Experience with organic social media content creation and strategy
- Understanding of paid advertising optimization and performance metrics
- Excellent written communication skills for remote collaboration
- Bonus if you have experience in the education or B2B services sector
- It helps if you’re familiar with content creation across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
