Client Overview

A thriving renovation company specializing in transforming high-end villas, bungalows, and residential properties across Auckland. They handle everything from stunning kitchen and bathroom makeovers to complete interior and exterior renovations, serving discerning clients who value quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, New Zealand Time (Auckland) 20+ hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies with clear timelines and accountability measures
  • Optimize SEO for the company website to improve search visibility and lead generation
  • Create compelling case studies showcasing renovation projects across multiple platforms
  • Manage social media presence on Facebook and LinkedIn with consistent, engaging content
  • Leverage Archipro platform to create targeted case studies for the architectural community
  • Maintain and regularly update website content to keep it current and conversion-focused
  • Integrate AI tools and technologies into marketing processes to improve efficiency
  • Establish and track marketing goals with quarterly targets and measurable outcomes
  • Ensure consistent execution of marketing activities that drive business results

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as marketing assistant or in a similar marketing role
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking and measuring marketing performance
  • SEO experience and understanding of website optimization techniques
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Experience creating case studies and compelling marketing content
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with leadership team
  • Bonus if you have familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing
  • It helps if you have experience in construction, renovation, or home improvement industries
