Job Description
You’ll be the voice behind authentic customer interactions, managing online reputation across a growing portfolio of restoration brands. This role puts you at the center of customer relationship management, where your responses help build trust with families and businesses during their most challenging moments. You’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools to craft personalized responses while maintaining consistent brand messaging across multiple markets and locations.

Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00pm, Flexible, (40 hours per week)
Client Timezone: Mountain Time (Arizona)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews across 120-150 Google Business Profiles daily or every other day
  • Craft authentic, personalized responses using AI tools like ChatGPT and provided templates
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all company locations and sister brands
  • Systematically review each company profile to identify new reviews requiring responses
  • Utilize templates and AI-generated content to ensure timely, professional customer engagement
  • Manage review response workflow to maintain high response rates across all profiles
  • Adapt messaging tone appropriately for different types of customer feedback and situations

Requirements

  • US-based location or reliable VPN access for Google Business Profile management (critical requirement)
  • Basic proficiency with AI tools, particularly ChatGPT or similar platforms
  • Strong written communication skills for crafting professional, empathetic responses
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple profiles efficiently
  • Bonus if you have experience with Google Business Profiles or online reputation management
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with template-based workflows and process-driven tasks
