Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Executive Assistant to serve as a comprehensive life organizer for the client. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, covering both professional and personal planning — from daily calendar management to travel coordination and financial reminders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing priorities efficiently while preventing last-minute surprises.
This is a long-term partnership opportunity with strong growth potential, including possible expansion to full-time and additional responsibilities such as e-commerce management.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, anytime between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings based on priority levels
- Handle comprehensive email management and inbox organization
- Coordinate personal planning including family time, personal appointments, and daily activities
- Manage financial reminders including bill payments, gym memberships, and recurring expenses
- Provide proactive reminders and follow-ups to prevent missed deadlines
- Schedule personal tasks and assist with basic household planning
- Coordinate travel planning including flight reservations, accommodations, and itinerary creation
- Research and make reservations for personal events (restaurants, special occasions, etc.)
- Track and organize personal expenses and spending patterns
- Serve as a comprehensive life organizer covering “wake up to sleep” activities
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to task management
- Ability to handle confidential and personal information with discretion
- Proficiency with calendar management tools and email platforms
- Experience with basic financial tracking and reminder systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working across different time zones (US/India)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Qualifications
- Experience managing both professional and personal executive support
- Experience in long-term client partnerships
- Exposure to e-commerce management (preferred if role expands to full-time)

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
