You’ll work directly with an entrepreneur who’s built strong client relationships through word-of-mouth referrals and is expanding her team to accommodate business growth. Job Description
You’ll own the creative content development for an established social media marketing practice, working across four distinct client accounts that span luxury floral design, construction, lighting design, and legal services. This role puts you at the center of brand storytelling, where you’ll transform client materials into engaging social content that drives awareness and engagement. You’ll work directly with the business owner in a collaborative partnership, giving you visibility into client strategy while focusing on what you do best—creating compelling content that converts.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am-2pm (20 hours per week, 4 hours daily) with potential for growth as client portfolio expands

Responsibilities
- Create approximately 40 social media posts monthly across 4 diverse client accounts
- Develop engaging captions and copy that align with each brand’s unique voice and industry
- Design and produce both static graphics and video reels (approximately 50⁄50 split)
- Transform client-provided photos, videos, and blog content into branded social media assets
- Research and implement relevant hashtags and social media best practices for each industry
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting creative approach across luxury retail, construction, design, and legal verticals
- Deliver content files ready for client distribution according to monthly posting schedules
- Collaborate directly with business owner on content strategy and client feedback integration
Requirements
- Proven experience creating social media content across multiple industries or brand types
- Strong design skills using content creation platforms (Canva experience preferred, but open to other tools)
- Excellent copywriting abilities for social media captions and engagement-focused content
- Experience producing both static graphics and video content/reels
- Understanding of social media best practices, hashtag research, and platform-specific optimization
- Ability to adapt creative style and brand voice across diverse industries
- Self-directed work style with reliable internet connection
- Bonus if you have experience with luxury retail, construction, professional services, or design industry content
- It helps if you’re comfortable working with Google Drive/folder organization systems
