Job Description
You’ll be the first voice families hear when they need to transport their pets across borders – a role that combines meaningful impact with professional growth. As their Customer Service & Sales Qualification Specialist, you’ll guide pet owners through complex international requirements while identifying the most promising opportunities for the specialized logistics team. This isn’t cold calling; you’ll work exclusively with warm leads who’ve already expressed interest, making every conversation a chance to help and build relationships.

Schedule: (40 hours per week); potential evening coverage until 8 PM Central Time to serve global client base

  • Training (First 30 Days): Mon–Fri | 9 AM – 6 PM CST
  • Permanent Schedule: Tue–Sat | 10 AM – 7 PM OR 11 AM – 8 PM CST
  • Break: 1-hour unpaid (flexible to 30 mins)

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from prospective clients seeking guidance on pet transportation services
  • Make outbound warm calls to prospects who’ve submitted inquiry forms through the company website
  • Qualify leads using proven scripts and frameworks to assess urgency, budget, and decision-making authority
  • Gather detailed pet information (breed, size, vaccinations, microchip status) and travel requirements for accurate pricing
  • Review and discuss auto-generated estimates with approximately 50% of prospects
  • Prioritize highly qualified leads for immediate follow-up by specialized logistics team members
  • Build rapport with international clients while maintaining company tone and selling approach
  • Document all interactions and qualification status in HubSpot CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams through video calls and chat platforms
  • Progress from handling simpler domestic cases to complex international pet relocations

Requirements

  • Strong sales personality with natural ability to connect and build rapport with clients
  • Experience in customer service or sales roles with phone-based client interaction
  • Comfortable with video calls and remote collaboration tools (Google Meets, chat platforms)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management processes
  • Willingness to learn complex industry regulations for international pet travel
  • Bonus if you’re bilingual in English and Spanish (high demand from Spanish-speaking clients)
  • It helps if you have HubSpot experience or similar CRM platforms
