Overview

We are looking for a CRM Implementation Specialist with strong experience in ServiceTitan CRM/FSM. This person will manage, set up, and optimize ServiceTitan for our business and also provide some administrative and light social media support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (with 30–60 minute unpaid break) Santee, California Time

Responsabilities
ServiceTitan Management (Main Focus)

  • Pricebook: Add, update, and maintain service and product listings.
  • Inventory: Set up and manage warehouses, trucks, material lists, vendors, and purchase orders.
  • Reporting: Create, generate, and schedule reports to support business decisions.
  • Integrations: Manage API connections between ServiceTitan and other systems.
  • Capacity Planning: Set up and maintain shifts, skills, and technician capacity.


Administrative Support

  • Maintain client records and handle data entry.
  • Support back-office operations and follow up on invoices.
  • Perform general administrative tasks like file management.
  • Assist with light social media posting using templates and prompts.


Requirements

  • Extensive experience with ServiceTitan CRM/FSM (required).
  • Strong customer service skills, including professional phone communication.
  • Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail for data and record management.
  • Comfortable with email management and organizational tools.
  • Basic social media posting skills using templates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
