Senior Telemarketer (Commercial Real Estate)

Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:30AM to 4:30PM

Job Description:  You’ll be the driving force behind lead generation for a results-focused commercial real estate company that’s serious about growth. This isn’t just another cold calling role – you’ll be working directly with a business owner who understands the value of effective prospecting and is committed to providing the resources, incentives, and support you need to succeed. Your ability to generate qualified leads and set appointments will directly impact both your earnings and the company’s expansion.

Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns targeting commercial real estate prospects using provided lead lists

Generate qualified leads and convert cold prospects into warm opportunities through strategic outbound calling

Set appointments and schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the business owner

Maintain detailed records of all calling activities, prospect interactions, and lead progression

Communicate warm leads and appointment confirmations directly to the client immediately upon generation

Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for successful appointments and qualified lead generation

Participate in regular one-on-one feedback sessions and performance coaching calls

Adapt calling approaches based on prospect responses while following proven scripts and methodologies

Work collaboratively with the business owner to refine targeting and messaging strategies

Utilize CRM systems and phone dialer technology to maximize calling efficiency and track results

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of real estate lead generation and cold calling experience
  • Industry Expertise: Specific experience in real estate prospecting and lead generation is essential, ideally in commercial properties
  • Lead Generation: Proven track record of generating qualified leads and setting appointments that convert into business.
  • Communication: Strong English communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently over the phone.
  • Schedule & Setup: Comfortable working full-time hours 35 hours per week during Pacific Time business hours, with a reliable computer setup and high-speed internet.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and VoIP phone technology is required.
  • Performance-Driven: Experience working within performance-based compensation structures and thriving in results-driven environments is a plus.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, comfortable with direct client communication, and open to regular performance evaluations.
