Job Description:
The Data Entry / Resource Administrator will support the Delivery Operations team by managing and maintaining project data within Productive.io. This role focuses heavily on accuracy, organisation, and structured reporting. The successful candidate will ensure that project budgets, resource allocations, and utilisation data are kept up to date and aligned with operational targets.
This role is well-suited to someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with structured systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and maintain project data within Productive.io, including project budgets, resource scheduling, and status updates
- Create and maintain project budget templates within the system
- Monitor team workloads to optimise resource allocation in line with chargeability and utilisation targets
- Track and report progress toward utilisation goals for project teams
- Maintain accurate and organised project records
- Share regular updates with the Delivery Operations Project Manager
- Flag risks, inconsistencies, or issues proactively
- Support basic administrative tasks to improve team efficiency
Requirements (Skills):
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with resource management or project management systems
- Familiarity with Productive.io is preferred (willingness to independently upskill is required)
- Ability to work independently while providing regular status updates
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Reliable and structured working style
As this is a work-from-home role, you must have your own computer and a stable internet connection suitable for system-based work and video meetings.
