Job Description:

You’ll be the voice that connects potential commercial clients with professional cleaning services, playing a key role in this company’s strategic expansion. Working with an established lead generation system and Go High Level CRM, you’ll have all the tools and leads provided to focus on what you do best – building relationships and generating appointments. This remote position offers the flexibility to work part-time while making a direct impact on revenue growth and business expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold outreach phone calls to prospective commercial clients using the provided leads
  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to generate qualified appointments
  • Work within the Go High Level CRM system to manage prospect interactions and follow-ups
  • Meet daily and weekly call volume targets and KPI metrics
  • Introduce janitorial services to commercial businesses and qualify their cleaning needs
  • Schedule appointments with interested prospects and maintain accurate call records
  • Build rapport with potential clients and represent the company professionally
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and market response to optimize campaigns

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound sales activities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new technology platforms
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
  • Bonus if you have experience in B2B sales or the service industry outreach
  • It helps if you’re familiar with Go High Level or similar CRM platforms
