Customer and Operations Support Assistant
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 8am to 4pm Eastern

Job Description: You’ll be the frontline champion for customer satisfaction, managing all customer communications across email and social media platforms. This role offers variety in your daily interactions while directly impacting customer experience and brand reputation. You’ll work closely with the business co-owner, playing a crucial role in maintaining the high-quality customer service standards that support the company’s multi-channel growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Handle email customer support inquiries with professionalism and brand voice consistency
- Monitor and respond to customer questions, comments, and concerns on TikTok and Instagram direct messages
- Manage the business owner’s email inbox, prioritizing and organizing communications
- Provide timely, helpful responses across all customer touchpoints
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and common issues
- Escalate complex customer situations appropriately while resolving routine inquiries independently
- Support customer retention through exceptional service delivery
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills in English with attention to detail
- Experience with email management and customer service best practices
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram
- Ability to maintain professional tone and adapt to brand voice guidelines
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
