Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Operations Coordinator to support firm-wide regulatory compliance, ethics oversight, and audit readiness within the framework of Arizona ABS regulations and ethical rules.
This role works closely with the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to maintain compliance documentation, monitor regulatory updates, prepare filings, and ensure audit preparedness. The ideal candidate has strong legal research skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally at an executive level.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize compliance documentation to meet audit and regulatory standards
- Conduct legal research related to Arizona Ethical Rules and Arizona ABS regulations
- Monitor regulatory changes and flag potential operational impacts or risks
- Assist in drafting and maintaining compliance policies, SOPs, and training materials
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports accurately and on time
- Support internal and external audits by gathering and organizing required documentation
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure firm-wide compliance readiness
Requirements
- Experience supporting legal compliance, regulatory operations, or risk management
- Strong legal research skills (statutes, regulations, ethics rules)
- Must submit a writing sample (e.g., mock policy update or professional email) to demonstrate executive-level communication
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong document management discipline
- Advanced English proficiency for professional executive communication
- Experience in regulated industries (legal, healthcare, finance, insurance) is a strong plus

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
