Job Title: Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist (AI HealthTech)
Hours: Part-time (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST)
About the Role
We are a cutting-edge HealthTech company providing AI-powered documentation solutions for clinical practices. We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and self-driven Customer Success Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our paying customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for the "white-glove" experience—taking new users from their initial sign-up through a successful onboarding process, ensuring they are fully trained, and providing ongoing support as they integrate our AI technology into their daily workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding: Lead 1-on-1 video training sessions to walk clinicians and their teams through the initial setup and use of the platform.
- Direct Support: Act as the first line of defense for customer inquiries via email, chat, or scheduled calls, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records, track onboarding progress, and manage the sales/support pipeline within Zoho (or similar CRM).
- Content Creation: Utilize Canva to create training guides, visual aids, and social media/marketing content to help users get the most out of the platform.
- Account Management: Proactively check in with customers to ensure high engagement and gather feedback for the product development team.
Requirements
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language with a professional, clear, and friendly phone/video presence. You must be comfortable providing service in front of a camera
- Tech Proficiency: Power-user level familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Meet, Drive, Sheets, etc.).
- CRM Experience: Prior experience using Zoho CRM or a similar platform to manage customer relationships.
- Self-Initiator: You are a "self-starter" who doesn't wait for instructions. You see a problem, find a solution, and stay organized without constant supervision.
- Work Schedule: Must be available to work consistently between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM PST.
Preferred Qualifications (The "Plus" List)
- Creative Skills: Proficiency in Canva to create professional-looking PDF guides, slide decks, or social media posts.
- Experience in Dental/Medical Tech: Familiarity with clinical workflows or medical/dental terminology is a significant advantage.
