Your Role: Bookkeeper with Administrative Support
Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records
- Format financial data and present it properly for the company’s accountant
- Handle administrative tasks including answering emails
- Respond to customer questions and provide general customer support
- Manage day-to-day financial data entry and organization
Requirements:
- Experience with bookkeeping and financial record management
- Ability to format financial data for accounting professionals
- Strong communication skills for email and customer interactions
- Proficiency with standard bookkeeping software (specific software to be confirmed)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
Scope:
- Temporary coverage role due to staff parental leave
- Remote work arrangement with company-provided tools and software
- Focus on bookkeeping with additional administrative support tasks
