Role Name: Lead Management & Appointment Setting Specialist

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week), Monday to Friday 8pm to 12am EST

They’re scaling fast, generating 40+ qualified leads daily, and need immediate support to capitalize on their marketing success. This is a modern healthcare business that embraces automation while recognizing the power of human connection in converting prospects to patients.

Job Description: You’ll be the critical link between high-intent prospects and booked appointments, working with cutting-edge automation tools while providing the human touch that closes deals. This role puts you at the center of a fast-growing healthcare business where your efforts directly impact daily revenue targets and patient acquisition. You’ll work with modern CRM systems, manage high-volume lead flow, and have the opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities as the business scales.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and convert 40+ daily leads from Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
  • Handle lead follow-up and booking through Go High Level CRM system
  • Respond to prospect inquiries that require human intervention beyond AI automation
  • Manage appointment calendar to maintain optimal booking levels and prevent gaps
  • Work with existing automation systems to identify and recover leads falling through cracks
  • Conduct sales conversations with prospects who have specific questions or objections
  • Integrate seamlessly with clinic’s tech stack including social media platforms and CRM tools

Requirements:

  • Sales experience with proven ability to meet daily KPIs and booking targets
  • Technology proficiency to work confidently with CRM systems, social media platforms, and automation tools
  • Strong communication skills for handling client inquiries, objections, and booking conversations
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience with appointment setting and lead conversion processes
  • Bonus if you have healthcare or wellness industry experience
  • It helps if you’re familiar with Go High Level, Facebook Business Manager, or similar platforms
