Total Weekly Hours: 3 hours/day (15 hours per week)
This role focuses on outbound outreach, appointment setting, and early client relationship management for the client’s Reputation Boost service. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with business owners, organized in CRM tracking, and comfortable driving conversations that lead to booked demos.

Responsibilities
- Make warm outbound calls to local business owners (existing lists, Chamber members, and previously contacted prospects)
- Introduce the Reputation Boost offer clearly and professionally
- Book qualified demo calls directly on the founder’s calendar
- Log all activity accurately in the CRM (Nimble)
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email as needed
- Track successful sign-ups and commission eligibility
- Provide brief weekly summaries (calls made, demos booked, conversions)
Growth Responsibilities (for high performers)
- Conduct monthly client check-ins
- Send reports and reminders to clients
- Identify upsell opportunities (websites, social media, strategy services)
- Coordinate in-person meetings for the founder when appropriate
Requirements
- Prior experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales support
- Spanish Bilingual - suitable for U.S. business owners
- Comfortable speaking with business owners without relying on rigid scripts
- Experience logging activity in a CRM (Nimble, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to follow a defined sales sequence while maintaining a natural tone
- High reliability, consistency, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with calendar scheduling tools (e.g., TidyCal or similar)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
- Experience with VoIP calling tools (Google Voice access will be provided)
- Confident, professional phone presence
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

- Experience selling or supporting SaaS, marketing services, or subscription-based offers
- Familiarity with reputation management, online reviews, or local marketing
- Spanish fluency (helpful but not required)
