Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – SaaS / B2B (Remote)


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm UAE time with an hour unpaid break


Overview

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns for SaaS and B2B products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with paid advertising, email marketing, and conversion optimization, along with strong analytical skills to drive measurable results. This role is fully remote and requires availability during US Eastern business hours.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, including account setup, targeting, creative testing, scaling, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated flows and newsletters, from strategy to execution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize conversion funnels and landing pages to improve leads, sign-ups, and overall campaign ROI.
  • Implement and maintain tracking and attribution systems, including GA4, ad pixels, and events; troubleshoot issues in collaboration with developers.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to inform campaign strategy and budget allocation.
  • Develop budget optimization strategies to ensure the best possible ROI across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Continuously test and improve campaign messaging, creative, and offers to maximize performance.
  • Produce reports and insights for stakeholders, including campaign performance, attribution, and recommendations for growth.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B industries.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (setup, optimization, scaling, remarketing).
  • Experience with email marketing, including automated flows and newsletter campaigns.
  • Proficient in tracking, analytics, and attribution tools (GA4, ad pixels, conversion events).
  • Solid understanding of conversion optimization, landing pages, and funnel analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience performing market, competitor, and customer analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects independently, meeting deadlines and performance goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS product marketing and B2B sales cycles is preferred.
