Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to elevate our digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who understands the nuances of the financial services industry and can translate complex concepts into engaging, high-performing content.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our social platforms, focusing specifically on capturing the attention of self-employed clients through strategic storytelling and sharp design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Design: Develop high-quality graphics and video content using Canva and other design tools. You'll be responsible for everything from static posts to short-form video production.
- Platform Management: Execute daily operations across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent brand voice and community engagement.
- Strategy & Campaigns: Design and implement digital marketing campaigns tailored to self-employed professionals and financial service seekers.
- Content Planning: Build and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with broader marketing objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize engagement and drive strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: A background in financial services marketing is essential. You must understand the compliance-friendly yet engaging tone required for this sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, video editing software, and modern social media management/scheduling tools.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record in campaign development and driving organic traffic through data-driven planning.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
