Job Description: You’ll own the digital creative space for a growing food service operation, combining web development skills with graphic design expertise to create compelling online experiences and marketing materials. This role offers the unique opportunity to work on diverse projects from website development to product labeling, giving you creative freedom while directly contributing to business growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop websites using WordPress platform with custom functionality
• Create engaging graphic designs for marketing materials, labels, and promotional content
• Develop flyers, promotional materials, and brand-consistent visual content
• Handle website orders and sales-focused web elements to drive revenue
• Integrate various systems and tools into WordPress sites for seamless functionality
• Support web-based sales and marketing initiatives across multiple companies
• Maintain and update existing web properties for optimal performance
• Collaborate on digital marketing strategies and visual brand consistency

Requirements:

• Proficiency in WordPress development, customization, and integration capabilities
• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating web and print design work (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Experience with Canva and other professional design tools and platforms
• Solid understanding of web design best practices and user experience principles
• Ability to work with e-commerce elements and sales-focused web functionality
• Knowledge of website integration capabilities and technical problem-solving
• Bonus if you have experience in food service industry design or multi-brand work
• It helps if you’re comfortable with rapid project turnaround and diverse creative requests
