Job Highlights

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM EST (1-hour unpaid break)
               Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, empathetic, and knowledgeable support via email and live chat.
  • Process order modifications, cancellations, and shipping address changes.
  • Guide customers through website navigation and product selection.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Handle shipping concerns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide expert assistance across e-commerce systems and podcast platforms.
  • Contribute to customer service process improvements.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or religious goods sectors.
  • Excellent written communication in English; able to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and proactive approach.
  • Proficient with customer service software, e-commerce platforms, and administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others in their spiritual journey.
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of podcast platforms and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
