As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist, you will take ownership of content creation, social media management, and funnel development. You’ll play a key role in building brand visibility, generating leads, and ensuring marketing efforts align with healthcare industry standards and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit video content tailored for social media platforms
- Design carousel posts and visual content using Canva and similar tools
- Write engaging, compliant captions that resonate with healthcare audiences
- Schedule and manage posts across multiple social media channels
- Develop structured 30-day content marketing plans and strategies
- Create lead magnets and implement lead capture systems
- Build and optimize landing pages and marketing funnels
- Recommend and implement marketing tools and software solutions
- Collaborate on overall marketing strategy and campaign development
- Monitor social media trends relevant to healthcare and mental health sectors
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Strong video editing skills and proficiency with editing software
- Advanced knowledge of Canva and social media design tools
- Deep understanding of platform trends and social media best practices
- Experience with lead generation, funnels, and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with marketing automation and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
- Healthcare or mental health industry experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and provide strategic recommendations
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance within healthcare marketing
- Excellent written communication skills for captions and content creation
