Job Description:
You’ll become the operational backbone of a thriving service business, mastering a specialized CRM system designed specifically for their industry. This role offers the perfect blend of customer interaction and behind-the-scenes coordination, where your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly drive business efficiency. You’ll start part-time with strong potential for full-time conversion as you prove your value and the business continues its rapid expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage weekly appointment schedules optimizing geographic efficiency across service areas
- Handle customer communications via email and text using the company’s centralized CRM platform
- Build and maintain comprehensive customer records within the specialized Squeegee CRM system
- Coordinate appointment bookings and rescheduling based on customer needs and operational logistics
- Organize jobs into geographic “rounds” to maximize field team efficiency and profitability
- Process and send invoices to customers upon service completion
- Send professional payment reminders to clients with outstanding balances
- Provide clear, factual responses to customer inquiries using established templates
- Escalate complex issues to business owners for guidance and resolution
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks including payment reconciliation as the role evolves
Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and feel comfortable learning new software systems quickly.

Previous experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Zoho gives you an advantage, and any background in receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles sets you up for success.

Strong attention to detail, understand the importance of geographic logistics in scheduling, and communicate proactively when you need guidance.
