Senior PPC Specialist (Paid Media Manager)

Overview

We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist (Paid Media Manager) to take full ownership of paid advertising performance across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketer who can both build and optimize campaigns while driving measurable business results. You’ll manage meaningful ad spend for a diverse client portfolio, continuously improving ROI through testing, analysis, and smart scaling.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
    • Microsoft/Bing Ads
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Additional platforms such as LinkedIn or TikTok (plus)
  • Develop full-funnel PPC strategies aligned with client goals (lead generation, eCommerce, brand awareness)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Write, test, and optimize ad copy and creatives in collaboration with designers and content teams
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, and conversion volume
  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns and platforms
  • Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.)
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights
  • Prepare clear, client-friendly reports and strategic recommendations
  • Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and PPC best practices
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and web teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates
  • Mentor junior PPC team members when applicable

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Proven expertise with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics
  • Experience managing multiple accounts with significant monthly ad spend
  • Deep knowledge of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
  • Ability to translate data into clear strategy and recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with local service businesses or lead-generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM integrations
  • Experience with landing page optimization and CRO
  • Google Ads and/or Meta certifications
  • Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously

 


Side Note

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, selected candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are hourly and depend on performance during the application process.
