Job Description
You’ll be the execution engine behind a scalable website development process, taking ownership of templated website builds that help home service businesses thrive online. This isn’t about coding or creative design—it’s about precision, efficiency, and following proven systems to deliver professional websites consistently. You’ll work directly with the founder during overlap hours and have the opportunity to grow with the agency as it scales from startup to established player.

Responsibilities

• Execute website builds using pre-configured GoHighLevel templates and automation workflows
• Customize website placeholders by adding client-specific pictures, text, and content
• Generate appropriate website copy using ChatGPT and other content tools
• Follow detailed SOPs and video walkthroughs to ensure consistent quality delivery
• Complete website projects efficiently within 3-4 hour timeframes once proficient
• Maintain direct communication with business owner during daily overlap periods
• Adapt quickly to new processes and systems as the agency evolves
• Contribute to streamlining and improving existing workflow documentation

Requirements
You bring strong attention to detail and can follow step-by-step instructions precisely. You’re a quick learner who thrives working independently while maintaining quality standards. Basic computer skills and comfort with web-based platforms are essential. Bonus if you have GoHighLevel experience, though comprehensive training will be provided. It helps if you’re familiar with content generation tools and have experience working with UK-based businesses.
