Job Description
You will take ownership of implementing, optimising, and supporting a full-scale GoHighLevel CRM infrastructure across multiple business locations. This is a highly technical and project-focused role where your expertise will directly transform how the organisation manages customer communication, invoicing, marketing automation, and operational workflows.
You will lead system configuration, automation development, phone system integration, and reporting setup while working closely with leadership and internal teams. The role includes troubleshooting complex CRM challenges, providing staff training, and continuously refining platform functionality to ensure the business maximises GoHighLevel’s capabilities.

Responsibilities
CRM Implementation & Automation Development
- Build and implement comprehensive GoHighLevel CRM workflows and automation systems across multiple studio locations
- Develop automated lead nurturing, customer communication, and customer service workflows
- Configure agency setup and sub-account structures for multiple business locations
- Optimise CRM functionality to eliminate manual workarounds and improve operational efficiency
Phone System & Communication Integration
- Design, build, and implement a fully operational IVR phone system within GoHighLevel
- Configure inbound and outbound call routing, user access, and communication automation
- Ensure communication workflows align with customer service and operational processes
Financial & Sales System Integration
- Transition invoicing and product management workflows into GoHighLevel
- Implement and maintain integration between GoHighLevel and QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Configure payment workflows, product catalogues, and automated billing systems
- Support reporting and financial workflow automation within CRM systems
Website, Store & Platform Integration
- Support migration and integration of company website into GoHighLevel infrastructure
- Coordinate integration between GoHighLevel and WordPress platforms where required
- Configure and optimise e-commerce store functionality within GoHighLevel
- Integrate CRM workflows with manufacturing or production software systems
AI & Advanced CRM Optimisation
- Implement and optimise AI chat and automated customer interaction tools
- Develop reporting dashboards and demonstrate analytics functionality to staff and leadership
- Identify opportunities for automation expansion and CRM optimisation across departments
- Provide ongoing system fine-tuning, troubleshooting, and technical support
Training & Operational Support
- Train business leadership and staff on GoHighLevel functionality, workflows, and best practices
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and system support during implementation and rollout
- Document processes and provide guidance for ongoing platform maintenance
Requirements
- Expert-level experience implementing and managing GoHighLevel CRM systems
- Proven experience setting up agency structures and sub-account management within GoHighLevel
- Strong experience building automated workflows, marketing funnels, and CRM automation systems
- Experience implementing IVR phone systems and communication automation within CRM platforms
- Experience integrating CRM platforms with financial systems such as QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Strong understanding of website and WordPress integration with CRM systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex CRM and system integration challenges
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver staff training and onboarding
- Ability to work independently and manage complex technical implementation projects
