We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Bookkeeper to support two growing mental health practices. This is a dual-role position where you will dedicate 10 hours per week to each organization (20 hours total).

Key Responsibilities
Your primary mission is to ensure our financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
- Manage all daily financial entries for both practices.
- Maintain and organize the General Ledger within QuickBooks Online.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and credit cards to ensure every penny is accounted for.
- Monitor incoming payments from insurance/private pay and manage practice-related expenses.
- Ensure all documentation is organized for year-end tax preparation.
Qualifications
- QuickBooks Expertise (Required): You must have proven experience navigating QuickBooks. We need someone who can hit the ground running without basic software training.
- Attention to Detail: In the world of healthcare, precision matters. You should be someone who catches the small discrepancies before they become big ones.
- Confidentiality: Experience handling sensitive financial data (familiarity with HIPAA or healthcare environments is a huge plus).
- Self-Starter: Since this is a flexible, part-time role, you should be comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines without constant supervision.
