The company is a growing services organization supporting multiple business entities, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and scalable financial processes. Their finance team plays a critical role in ensuring timely payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting while continuously improving systems and workflows.

They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to support day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, values precision, and enjoys working with systems and process improvement.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant financial operations while contributing to automation and workflow optimisation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Systems Thinking & Process Improvement

  • Ensure all financial activities are processed through established systems to maintain consistency and prevent duplication

  • Recommend and contribute ideas to improve workflows, automation, and operational efficiency

About You

You are organised, analytical, and highly detail-oriented, with a strong interest in systems and process improvement. You take pride in accuracy and enjoy strengthening financial workflows—not just completing tasks.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort using custom templates and data-driven tools
