Job Description: You’ll drive the automation and professionalization of business processes for a government services company, building WordPress solutions and Office 365 integrations that streamline operations. This role offers the opportunity to take existing rudimentary systems and transform them into professional-grade solutions while working with a team that values practical results over complex bureaucracy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain WordPress-based websites, forms, and dynamic user interfaces
• Create Office 365 integrations and automated workflows to streamline business processes
• Build and enhance the SharePoint server infrastructure and backup systems
• Transform existing basic systems into professional, scalable automation solutions
• Develop custom forms and dynamic activities within the Office 365 environment
• Implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and reduce manual work
• Provide ongoing website maintenance and feature development
• Support business process automation initiatives across multiple service areas

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of web development experience with WordPress and Office 365 platforms
• Proficiency in WordPress development, customization, and form creation
• Strong knowledge of Office 365/Microsoft 365 platform integrations and automation
• Experience with SharePoint development, administration, and backup systems
• Ability to create automated workflows and business process improvements
• Problem-solving skills for process automation and system integration challenges
• Bonus if you have experience with government or security-focused environments
• It helps if you understand the needs of ex-defense or emergency services professionals
