Job Description: You’ll be the operational backbone supporting a dynamic founder who’s building the future of innovation hubs across multiple industries. This isn’t typical data entry – you’ll master sophisticated ClickUp workflows that drive real business growth, manage complex sales pipelines, and coordinate communications across diverse project teams. Your technical skills and attention to detail will directly impact how efficiently this growing company scales its operations and serves clients building tomorrow’s innovation ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update complex ClickUp workflows including automated lead qualification and deal progression systems
  • Process and upload sales call transcriptions, meeting notes, and detailed prospect information into CRM
  • Update deal probabilities, amounts, and comprehensive record details for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Coordinate internal communications with contractor team members across various innovation hub projects
  • Maintain automated workflow processes and ensure smooth lead progression through multi-stage sales funnel
  • Provide daily dashboard updates and data entry to support morning sales planning and decision-making
  • Handle detailed record management across multiple project phases involving diverse stakeholders and requirements
  • Support relationship-driven sales process with accurate data tracking and follow-up coordination

Requirements:
- You bring strong technical proficiency and comfort navigating complex software platforms.
- Previous experience with ClickUp, project management systems, or CRM platforms is highly valued.
- You excel at detailed record keeping and data management, with experience supporting sales operations or business development activities.
- You work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and communicate clearly for internal team coordination.
- Bonus if you have experience with sales pipeline management or working with relationship-driven sales processes.
