Outbound Sales Development Representative

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break
Client Timezone: UK GMT
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

 

Our client is seeking a professional Telemarketing / Business Development Representative to conduct outbound sales calls for a high-end business coaching company. This role focuses on quality conversations with qualified prospects, following established scripts and processes to book appointments and nurture future opportunities.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English, represents the brand professionally, maintains accurate call records, and is comfortable handling objections while working within the client’s business hours.

 

Responsibilities

  • Make targeted telemarketing and business development calls to qualified prospects
  • Conduct professional outbound sales calls representing a high-end business coaching brand
  • Follow established scripts and processes for lead engagement
  • Maintain detailed call records and daily activity reports, including number of calls, appointments set, and responses received
  • Treat prospects professionally to preserve relationships for future follow-ups
  • Focus on quality conversations rather than high-volume dialing
  • Work during client business hours to maximize contact rates
  • Participate in mock call exercises and ongoing training as required

 

Requirements

  • Proficient English communication skills with clear and professional delivery
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to represent a premium brand
  • Experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or business development preferred
  • Ability to handle objections and challenging conversations professionally
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate reporting and lead management
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Flexibility to work within the client’s time zone and schedule
  • Commitment to following established processes and scripts
