Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive architectural documentation for council submissions and development applications
• Create detailed technical drawings and plans using ArchiCAD software
• Collaborate on shared architectural models to ensure project consistency and accuracy
• Support the development application process with precise documentation standards
• Work across diverse project types, including high-end residential, childcare centers, and medium-density developments
• Ensure all drawings meet Australian council submission requirements and standards
• Maintain project timelines and quality standards for client deliverables
• Coordinate with the team to address project-specific requirements and revisions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of architectural drafting experience with a strong portfolio
• Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD software (essential requirement for model collaboration)
