B2B SaaS Sales Representative

Job Description: You’ll be the driving force behind our growth in the Australian market, owning the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and support – you’ll manage your own pipeline while working with modern sales tools and earning performance-based bonuses. You’ll help Australian businesses discover how AI can revolutionize their customer communications, making a real impact on their operations while building your own success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic cold outreach to Australian SMBs using advanced lead generation platforms like Apollo
  • Execute professional B2B cold calling campaigns across different Australian time zones
  • Book and manage high-quality sales appointments through integrated calendar systems
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing AI calling agent solutions to decision-makers
  • Drive persistent follow-up campaigns throughout extended sales cycles to maximize conversion
  • Close deals and negotiate contracts for AI services ranging from $120-$200+ AUD monthly
  • Manage complete sales pipeline from initial contact through signed agreements using GoHighLevel CRM
  • Maintain detailed prospect interaction records and optimize sales activities based on performance data
  • Achieve monthly targets of approximately 6 closed deals while building long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within technology or SaaS environments
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, professional accent suitable for Australian business audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and appointment setting in B2B environments
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle autonomously
  • Experience using calling software, lead generation tools, and sales technology platforms (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the Australian business landscape (plus but not required)
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
