We are a boutique growth marketing agency specializing in food, beverage, and
hospitality brands, delivering branding, strategy-driven social, paid media, content, and
influencer marketing to drive measurable growth and real business results. We are seeking an
experienced Social Media Specialist to own and execute the organic social media strategy and
community presence for multiple restaurant and hospitality brands. This role works closely with
creative, paid media, and strategy teams to ensure content, engagement, and influencer efforts
are aligned with client goals, campaign plans, KPIs, and U.S. social media trends.
Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Monthly Content Planning
- Create monthly social media content plans based on approved:
- Marketing strategies
- Campaign plans
- Promotions and launches
- Client goals and KPIs
- Translate plans into clear monthly content calendars by platform and brand.
- Ensure content plans align with:
- Brand voice and guidelines
- Seasonal moments and promotions
- Paid media initiatives and funnel goals
- Proactively identify content gaps and opportunities within each monthly plan
2. Content Creation & Execution
- Work with creative teams to produce content outlined in the monthly plan, including:
- Post concepts and captions
- Reels and short-form video ideas
- Platform-specific formats
- Ensure all content is created, reviewed, approved, and scheduled according to plan
- Adapt content formats per platform while maintaining message consistency
3. Content Scheduling & Publishing
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms:
- Google My Business
- Instagram & Facebook (via Meta Business Suite)
- YouTube
- Yelp
- Maintain and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands and locations.
- Ensure timely posting and accuracy across all platforms
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with:
- Creative teams to execute monthly content plans
- Paid media teams to align organic content with ads and promotions
- Ensure consistency between organic content, paid campaigns, and influencer posts
5. Community Engagement & Reputation Management
- Manage daily engagement and interactions
- Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews in line with brand tone and guidelines
6. Influencer Outreach & Coordination
- Support monthly influencer plans aligned with campaigns
- Coordinate influencer outreach, visits, posting timelines, and deliverables
7. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Review monthly performance against the original content plan and KPIs
- Identify what content performed well and what needs optimization
- Use insights to improve future monthly content plans
Requirements
● 3–5 years of experience in social media management
● Experience managing multiple brands and platforms
● Strong proficiency in Meta Business Suite
● Hands-on experience with Google My Business, Yelp, YouTube Studio, and Pinterest
● Experience creating and executing monthly content plans
● Strong community management and review response experience
● Experience with influencer outreach
● Ability to use AI tools to adapt and differentiate brand voice across multiple brands
● Up-to-date knowledge of U.S. social media trends
● Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
