Job Description:
You’ll own the digital marketing presence for a dynamic wellness business that’s ready to grow. This is your chance to make a real impact on a brand that values creativity and consistent communication. You’ll be taking over marketing campaigns that are already in progress, so your ability to hit the ground running will be crucial. The role offers flexibility to grow from part-time to full-time as you prove your value and take on additional responsibilities beyond marketing.
Responsibilities:

Create eye-catching digital marketing materials, including posters and flyers, using Canva with established brand templates

Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook and Instagram platforms

Handle customer inquiries received through social media channels using the provided response templates

Support ongoing advertising campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging

Maintain regular communication during designated work hours for collaboration and updates

Optimize Google search presence and potentially manage Google Ads campaigns

For full-time growth: Take on administrative tasks and support broader business operations

Assist in maintaining and updating the company website (basic web design or content management skills preferred)

Develop and manage membership and lead generation programs to increase customer engagement and retention

Respond quickly to marketing needs and campaign adjustments as business demands change
Requirements:

Proficiency in Canva for creating professional marketing materials and graphics

Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts with proven engagement results

Strong written communication skills for social media interaction and customer response

Ability to work reliably during Australian Perth business hours with consistent availability
