LinkedIn Marketing Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday, part-time 5 hours per day 9:00 AM – 2 pm (UK Time)

Job Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, website updates, and lead generation activities. This role owns digital marketing efforts end-to-end, including newsletters, lead pages, follow-ups, and content alignment across platforms. The ideal candidate is self-driven, experienced in Constant Contact, comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, and confident managing website content and lead funnels independently.
Responsibilities:
- Execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Constant Contact
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach including connection requests and nurturing conversations digitally
- Manage and update website content ensuring all links and booking systems (Calendly) function properly
- Create and optimize lead pages on the website for lead generation
- Develop and manage white papers and surveys for free download to capture leads
- Handle follow-up sequences for leads generated through various digital channels
- Ensure alignment across all digital platforms and marketing materials
- Manage email newsletters and ongoing digital communication strategies
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing specialist roles
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact preferred)
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and social media marketing
- Website management and basic web development skills
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies and lead page creation
- Strong communication skills for digital nurturing conversations
- Ability to work independently and be the expert in marketing functions
