The Opportunity
We are looking for an execution-heavy Growth Generalist to own the end-to-end conversion funnel. You will be responsible for building high-converting landing pages in Wix, launching targeted Google Ads campaigns, and ensuring every click is tracked with precision.
This isn't a role for long-term SEO theorists; we are looking for a "builder" who can ship weekly improvements, remove friction from our user journey, and prioritize lead quality over raw traffic.
Technical Must-Haves
- Wix Expert: Mastery of Wix Editor or Wix Studio. You can build landing pages from scratch, optimize forms, improve UX, and troubleshoot embedded widgets (FAQs, booking tools).
- Google Ads Management: Ability to build and manage Search campaigns (keyword research, match types, negative lists, ad copy, and extension optimization).
- Tracking & Measurement: Strong fundamentals in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM). You must be able to set up and verify conversion events (form submits, booking clicks, phone clicks) and deliver weekly performance reports.
- Conversion Optimization (CRO): Proven experience simplifying offers, improving CTAs, and routing leads through optimized funnels.
- Agile Iteration: A "fast-cadence" mindset—you ship improvements weekly and run structured tests to find what works.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience in Local Services Lead Gen (commercial design or professional services is a massive plus).
- Experience setting up Retargeting (Google/Meta) once baseline traffic is established.
- Basic copywriting skills for ad copy and landing page headlines.
What You’ll Own (First 14 Days)
We move fast. Within your first two weeks, you will be expected to:
- Audit & Fix: Optimize the existing conversion path (CTA clarity, widget troubleshooting, and trust-signal placement).
- Deploy: Build 2–3 dedicated landing pages for our top segments (e.g., Ghost Kitchens, Assisted Living, Restaurants).
- Launch: Set up the Google Ads account structure and go live with the first Search campaigns.
- Validate: Confirm end-to-end tracking is working (test leads showing correctly in GA4 and Google Ads).
