The Role
The Marketing Assistant is a hands-on, generalist role supporting day-to-day marketing activity. You’ll work closely with senior marketers and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, manage content, support events, and keep marketing operations running smoothly.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career who wants real responsibility, exposure to B2B marketing, and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities
General Marketing Support

Assist with daily marketing operations and campaign execution

Support internal stakeholders with marketing requests and materials
Campaign Coordination

Help execute email, digital, and social media campaigns

Track performance metrics and assist with reporting and optimisation
Content & Assets

Assist with creating and editing content including blogs, landing pages, brochures, and social posts

Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
Website Support

Update website content and assist with basic SEO, forms, and calls-to-action

Help maintain accuracy and consistency across pages
Social Media

Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and assist with performance reporting
Events & Webinars

Support planning, promotion, and follow-up for events, webinars, and sponsorships
Workflow & Coordination

Help manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables

Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams as required
Requirements
Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar (preferred)
Skills & Experience

Some experience or internship in a marketing role (B2B or tech exposure is a plus)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable using marketing tools and platforms (CRM, email marketing, content tools)

Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
