Job Description:

You’ll be the creative force behind a healthcare practice’s brand transformation, using cutting-edge AI tools to revolutionize how social media content gets created. This isn’t your typical content role – you’ll pioneer efficient, scalable workflows that produce exceptional results at unprecedented speed. Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging Facebook and Instagram content including carousels, standard posts, and video reels
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand templates and visual identity systems
  • Produce and edit video content optimized for social media platforms
  • Utilize AI tools to achieve batch production of 100+ posts per week through innovative workflows
  • Build monthly content calendars and implement advanced scheduling systems
  • Establish brand consistency and strengthen market presence across all touchpoints
  • Scale content production using AI-driven templates and efficient batch creation methods
  • Collaborate on strategic brand development initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media content creation and graphic design
  • Advanced proficiency with AI tools for content generation and batch workflow optimization
  • Strong skills in Canva or similar design platforms with template development experience
  • Video editing capabilities specifically for social media content formats
  • Proven experience creating carousels, Instagram posts, and reels that drive engagement
  • Ability to produce high-volume content efficiently using AI-powered methods
  • Understanding of brand development principles and visual consistency standards
  • Self-directed work style with ability to manage flexible schedules independently
  • Bonus if you have healthcare or professional services marketing experience
