Lead Generation & Customer Service Representative

Job Highlights

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 AM to 8 PM, Saturday-Sunday 7 AM to 7 PM (PST)

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls from potential customers during business hours (7 AM to 8 PM weekdays, 7 AM to 7 PM weekends)
  • Contact leads immediately when they submit requests through social media channels (Instagram, Facebook)
  • Gather general project information from prospects and schedule appointments in available time slots
  • Input contact information and schedule projects in Lead Connector CRM system
  • Access and update estimating software with booking confirmations
  • Work through backlogged leads during downtime between incoming calls
  • Manage pipeline by moving customers through different stages of the sales process
  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and past prospects who showed previous interest
  • Provide weekly self-reporting on call volume and appointment booking effectiveness
  • Report directly to the sales director on lead management activities

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of customer service and/or sales experience
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection
  • Experience with CRM systems (Lead Connector experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with neutral or practiced American accent
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple systems simultaneously
  • Proactive approach to lead follow-up and pipeline management
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Availability to work during specified business hours including weekends

Scope

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week) with potential for multiple agents to provide coverage
  • Coverage required Monday-Friday 7 AM to 8 PM, Saturday-Sunday 7 AM to 7 PM
  • Primary focus on lead generation and appointment setting rather than closing sales
  • Work directly with sales director with weekly check-ins and reporting
  • Handle both inbound lead response and outbound pipeline management
  • Month-to-month contract with 7-day replacement guarantee during initial period
