The Role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing and optimising core digital marketing activity across websites, marketing automation, search, and analytics. The role is hands-on and data-driven, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversion optimisation, and campaign performance.

This role suits someone who enjoys owning the digital ecosystem, testing and improving performance, and turning data into action.


Key Responsibilities

Website & Digital Experience

  • Maintain and optimise website content for relevance, usability, SEO, and conversion

  • Improve site structure, navigation, and user pathways aligned to the buyer journey

  • Implement CRO initiatives including A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and CTA improvements

Search & Performance Marketing

  • Support SEO and SEM activity, including keyword research, optimisation, and campaign monitoring

  • Improve visibility, engagement, and conversion across organic and paid digital channels

Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution

  • Build and manage automated workflows across email and web channels

  • Maintain and optimise lead nurturing sequences to support funnel progression

  • Coordinate development of landing pages, forms, gated content, and digital assets

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on digital performance using CRM and marketing platforms

  • Support closed-loop reporting between marketing and sales

  • Use insights to inform campaign optimisation and decision-making

Digital Content & UX

  • Coordinate digital content and visual assets aligned to brand and UX best practice

  • Work closely with content and design partners to deliver high-quality B2B digital outputs

Events & Webinars (Digital Support)

  • Manage digital components of events and webinars including registrations, landing pages, and follow-up automation

  • Capture and report on engagement and lead performance pre- and post-event

Brand Consistency

  • Ensure all digital marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines and messaging


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar (preferred)

Skills & Experience

  • Experience or internship in a digital or marketing role, ideally in B2B or technology

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms

  • Comfort working with digital analytics and performance data

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach
