Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative | Appointment Setter to support an established staffing agency. This role focuses on outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments that directly contribute to business growth. You will work closely with leadership while concentrating on lead generation and relationship building.


Job Highlights

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 25 hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern Time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted cold calling to generate new business opportunities
  • Perform multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and text messaging
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers in target companies
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the internal sales team
  • Build and maintain a prospect pipeline through consistent follow-ups
  • Research potential clients and personalize outreach messaging
  • Track and report key performance metrics such as calls made and appointments set
  • Support lead generation and market research initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
  • Strong phone communication skills with confidence handling objections
  • Ability to communicate effectively across phone, email, and text
  • Goal-oriented mindset with focus on measurable outcomes
  • Strong research and prospecting skills
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, or professional services sales is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools preferred

Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
