Contract: Independent Contractor

Schedule: (Monday to Friday) 9am – 6pm UK Time, One (1) hour unpaid daily break

Role Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Admin/Sales Support professional to work closely with the sales team. You will play a key role in supporting sales operations, managing logistical and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining excellent follow-through with customers and internal stakeholders. You will also work alongside our suite of AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and submit new product forms accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Book sea containers with our shipping partners, ensuring all required documentation and timelines are met.

  • Manage incoming sales orders, including entry, verification, coordination with the sales team, and tracking.

  • Monitor the debtors ledger and proactively chase outstanding payments in line with company terms.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order and shipment issues.

  • Utilize and support the development of internal AI systems and tools to automate and improve workflows.

  • Maintain clear and timely communication with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Support with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or operations role (ideally in international trade, logistics, or related industry).

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working with digital systems, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and AI tools.

  • Good understanding of sales order processing and shipping documentation.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a proactive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
