Job Description: 

You’ll be the backbone, ensuring every travel experience is flawlessly organized and accessible to clients. Working behind the scenes, you’ll play a crucial role in building out client-facing platforms and managing the intricate details that make luxury travel seamless. This is an opportunity to support high-end, personalized travel experiences where your accuracy and attention to detail directly impact client satisfaction. As you prove your value, there’s clear potential to expand into client communications and take on greater responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Load existing booked trips into the Travify platform for seamless client access
  • Input comprehensive travel documents, visa information, and destination knowledge
  • Build out client-facing platform content with travel tips and essential information
  • Perform high-accuracy data entry tasks supporting travel operations
  • Organize and structure trip details to ensure flawless client experiences
  • Support backend administrative work that enables smooth travel operations
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, where small errors can have a significant impact
  • Collaborate with the business owner to ensure all client needs are anticipated and met

 

Requirements:

  • Experience or strong familiarity with travel industry logistics and client needs
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of international travel requirements and destination knowledge
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bonus if you have experience with travel software platforms (Travify, Galileo, Travelport)
  • It helps if you’re familiar with project management tools like Trello and email marketing platforms like MailChimp
  • Bonus if you have a worldly perspective and understanding of global travel logistics
