Job Description: You’ll be the creative force behind authentic, educational healthcare content that reaches thousands of engaged followers. Working with a busy healthcare professional who creates valuable content around dental care and facial aesthetics, you’ll help bring their vision to life while maintaining the organic, approachable style that resonates with their audience. This role offers the perfect blend of creative video editing and administrative support, with room to grow as the practice expands.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into engaging social media content while preserving an authentic, organic feel
- Add subtitles, transitions, and hooks to create compelling videos that capture audience attention
- Organize and schedule photo content for strategic social media posting
- Research relevant videos and trends for client engagement opportunities
- Respond to social media inquiries and book consultation appointments
- Handle lead routing from TikTok and Instagram to appropriate channels
- Manage social media posting across multiple platforms
- Process batch-filmed video content on a weekly schedule
- Provide general administrative support to help streamline practice operations
Requirements:
- Experience with video editing software and social media content creation (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Understanding of organic social media aesthetics vs. overly polished content
- Comfortable managing social media platform logins and account access
- Strong organizational skills for content scheduling and administrative tasks
- Bonus if you have experience with TikTok and Instagram content formats
- It helps if you’re familiar with healthcare or educational content
- Bonus if you have experience with appointment booking systems
