About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a proactive marketing assistant who’s ready to dive into the world of e-commerce and make a real impact. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our client's online presence sharp, engaging, and on-brand. If you love Shopify, know your way around email marketing, live for social media, and thrive on helping customers, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing

Shopify Management: Keep the store updated, optimize product listings, and support promotions to drive sales

Email Marketing: Build, schedule, and monitor Klaviyo campaigns that engage customers and drive conversions

Social Media: Manage Instagram content, including posts, stories, and engagement with followers

Customer Support: Respond to customer service emails quickly and professionally, creating a positive experience

Marketing Support: Assist with campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives as needed

Continuous Improvement: Suggest new ideas to improve customer experience, marketing performance, and overall store efficiency
What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Instagram

Strong written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone

Experience handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

Creative and proactive mindset — not afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table
